Situated in North-East London, Walthamstow is a district in the borough of Waltham Forest.

Walthamstow is 12 miles north east of central London. It’s in Zone 3 — but the Victoria line gets you quickly into the West End and there are trains to Liverpool Street for City workers.  It boasts 5 London Underground and Overground stations as well as bus services to the City of London.  The M11 and M25 are easily accessible too.
