Newmarket is home to Newmarket racecourse which hosts great events throughout the year from The Rowley Mile and the July Course as well as some great family events such as Newmarket Nights with brands and musicians in the Summer months.  

Newmarket has a population of just over 16,500 people and close to Cambridge, accessible via the A14 and train, as well as Bury St Edmunds on the same road.  London is a 2 hour drive and takes an hour and a half to Kings Cross station.
