Looking to rent or let property in Lincoln?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help
haart Lettings Lincoln is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agency firm. If you’re keen to let your property, or are looking to rent a home in this exciting town, our professional team can help.
While Lincoln is a small city, residents talk about it as being in two parts. 'Downhill' is where the modern city centre can be found, and 'uphill' is where the ancient cathedral and castle are. Shoppers will like the new shopping quarter at the Cornhill, close to the station. And if you need more bright lights you can be in Nottingham in under an hour by train, or in London in two hours.
Lincoln is a vibrant city that has a genuine sense of community and it offers fantastic rental yields. So whether you’re a landlord looking to let a property, or want to rent a home near a station, park or particular school, haart Lettings Lincoln can help.

We know Lincoln
Lincoln is a cathedral city and county town in Lincolnshire with a population of 94,000. Nearby North Hykeham has over 11,500 residents. There are close links to the A46 and A15 and it is a family friendly area.
Lincoln is an ancient cathedral city in the East Midlands. As well as offering plenty of historic charm, Lincoln offers great value rental properties. Suburbs such as North Hykeham are popular with families for their parks, shops and schools, and we cover a number of surrounding villages.
Lincoln has a train station, from where it takes two and a half to three hours to get to Liverpool Street Station. Lincoln and Hykeham also have a multitude of schools.
Over the last couple of decades, Lincoln has experienced a huge amount of regeneration, with the Engine Shed music venue, and the performing arts centre. Today, there are some exciting new residential developments taking shape at Brayford on Lincoln’s inland harbour, and at Burton Waters, north west of the city.
