Looking to rent or let property in Fleet?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help
haart Lettings Fleet is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.
Fleet seems to have it all: great transport links, a thriving town, lovely countryside, a community atmosphere and superb schools. The town is only 40 minutes by train from London Waterloo, and less than an hour’s drive to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. There are train services to Basingstoke, Southampton and Poole too and Fleet is also close to the M3 and A3.
New estates, apartment buildings, impressive family homes with large gardens… Fleet has something to appeal to everyone. There are many new housing developments in the offing, with up to 5,000 new homes planned in the area over the next 15 years. While Crookham Village and Church Crookham are among the most desirable areas to live, homes close to the station are also in high demand from professional tenants who commute to London, Basingstoke, Southampton or Poole.
So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Fleet, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know Fleet
This Hampshire town has been described as one of the happiest and healthiest places in the country because of its good employment, schools, affluence and quality of life.
Controlled by Hart District Council, it has a population of some 38,000 and is 40 miles from London, with great connections to the M3. Rail travel to London Waterloo takes around 40 minutes.
The Basingstoke Canal runs through the area and it is popular for walking, cycling, boating, fishing and picnicking.
The most sought-after area in the town is known as the ‘blue triangle’. Stretching between Fleet Road, Reading Road North and Elvetham Road, this is where you can expect to pay the most for property.
