The team at haart estate agents is here to help

haart Estate Agents Doncaster is part of the UK’s largest independent estate agent. We help thousands of people every year to find their dream property, a great investment, or to sell their home.

Only 22 miles from Sheffield and 32 from Leeds, Doncaster is a great place to put down roots wherever you work. You can even be at London King’s Cross in 1 hour, 40 minutes. Doncaster’s mighty industrial era left behind some fine Victorian and Edwardian homes but there are many new developments including at Balby.  There are plenty of green spaces too, including the 69 acres of Sandall Park with its fitness trails and wildlife areas. Or head to the Potteric Carr Nature Reserve to spot rare birdlife.

Whether you’re looking for a home close to a good school, station or green space, haart can help you find your ideal property in Doncaster.

haart introduce to Just Mortgages a trading name of Just Mortgages Direct Limited who are appointed representatives of Openwork Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We know Doncaster

Doncaster is a large minster town in south Yorkshire and has a population of in excess of 127,000, but the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster, which it is part of, has over 300,000.

Doncaster has been enjoying some major regeneration projects in recent years, including a new cultural quarter, train station is being transformed, a new Central Library and Museum is in the works and the popular Lakeside area is being revamped.

The town, situated about 20 miles from Sheffield, has a well-known market that has been operating for hundreds of years and is the biggest traditional market in the north of England.  Doncaster Market is open three times a week and has over 400 stalls to browse and employes 1,000 people. There are regular farmers’ markets, a fish market plus the International Food Hall and Corn Exchange, which sells fresh produce.

Doncaster is also well served with many primary and secondary schools.
