The property is thoughtfully arranged across three floors, offering flexible and generous living space ideal for modern family life. The ground floor begins with a welcoming entrance hall, complete with a handy cloakroom, before opening into a bright and airy open-plan layout. The kitchen is well-equipped with integrated appliances, plentiful storage along with a breakfast bar that creates a natural social hub. Distinct dining and lounge areas benefit from a triple-aspect design, with doors leading directly out to the garden, allowing light to flood the space throughout the day.

About Biggin Hill

Biggin Hill, former home to the RAF, has a population of around 6,000 and is part of the London Borough of Bromley.

The area boasts two primary schools and a secondary school, and there are many others in neighbouring districts. Rail transport to central London is accessible via good bus services to Hayes or Bromley.

In the Second World War, Biggin Hill airfield became a Spitfire station and offensive missions flew from here. Today it is the most popular light aviation airfield in southern England and hosts an annual air show. Other places of interest in the area include Down House, the home of Charles Darwin, and the place where he wrote his world-changing book ‘On the origin of species’, and Churchill’s country home, Chartwell.
