Tucked Away!

This rarely available three-bedroom family home is located in the highly sought-after Brompton Village, nestled within a peaceful and secluded close with no through traffic. Offering an ideal blend of comfort, practicality, and location, the property is arranged over two floors, making it more energy-efficient and easier to maintain than many modern townhouses.

As you arrive, you'll notice the tranquil setting and the abundance of parking. The home benefits from its own private driveway with space for two cars, and additional parking is available nearby. The surrounding area is family-friendly and conveniently close to excellent shops, town centres, parks, reputable schools, and high-speed train stations—perfect for commuters and families alike.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out and well-proportioned. Upon entry, you're greeted by an inviting hallway with a conveniently placed downstairs WC. To the front of the house is a spacious kitchen featuring plenty of worktop and cupboard space, along with room for all essential appliances. Large windows overlook the driveway and front garden, allowing natural light to brighten the space.

The main living and dining areas are currently configured in an open-plan style, creating a generous space ideal for modern family life. This layout easily accommodates sofa suites, a dining table, and entertainment units, all while maintaining a sense of openness. Should the new owner prefer, the space could be divided into separate rooms. A bright conservatory extends from the living area, serving as an additional reception room that opens out into the garden, offering a peaceful retreat or entertaining space.

The rear garden is beautifully maintained with a combination of lawn and paved areas—perfect for outdoor dining, gardening, or children’s play. There is also convenient side access to the garden.

Upstairs, the first floor is intelligently designed to maximize privacy and comfort for a growing family. The three bedrooms are spaced apart to reduce noise and enhance privacy. The master bedroom includes its own en-suite shower room, while a well-appointed family bathroom serves the remaining two bedrooms. Each bedroom is generously sized, and the home offers plenty of built-in storage throughout.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a well-presented and efficiently designed family home in one of Brompton Village’s most desirable locations. Viewings are highly recommended to fully appreciate all this property has to offer.

About Strood

Medway is home to the historic Chatham Dockyard and Rochester Castle. It has several Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) such as Lodge Hill and the Medway estuary and marshes, and is only a short 38-minute train journey to central London, for those that want the city buzz. The Rochester and Medway area is rich in seafaring history, and Rochester itself was a favourite of Charles Dickens, who based many of his novels in the area.

The town’s cobbled streets, historic buildings and ancient cathedral are certainly evocative of another time, but cool boutiques and galleries are also dotted around the town. With a population above 270,000, Medway is well served with 97 schools which cater to the family-friendly area.

There is also a number of marinas, yacht clubs and sailing clubs to keep the community entertained. The Medway towns are Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham, Strood and Rainham. The A2 runs through the towns along with the site of the old Dover to London Roman road. Via the M2 you can be at the coast in no time.
