"Very positive experience. We used Haarts Witham to sell my mothers house and while they were not the cheapest, now the house has been sold, I firmly believe I made the right choice. All staff were very helpful, interested and gave good advice throughout the (bumpy) process. From advice on pricing, discounting and marketing to negotiations at the later stages, they were always on hand and helpful. Especially useful was the final "sales progressor" Sophie who kept us all informed, spoke to everyone and helped us get over the line without too much stress. I valued the help and advice of the manager Charlotte in our initial negotiations, which secured us the sale after our first buyer stalled. Also of note was Ryan who we met when first looking for an agent, a great communicator and very sensible in forming our price expectations. Clearly this is a well run operation. I wasn't expecting great things from Haarts due to previous national issues but I was proven wrong. The Witham branch did everything expected and more. I would certainly recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a house in the local area."
