From our valuation of the property, we felt it was important to hold an open house event in order to best meet our seller’s needs of achieving the best price possible and making sure that the seller had a variety of buyers to choose from that would fit within his timescale. We also thought it would be a great opportunity to showcase the property’s excellent features to several interested parties on the same day.
