Looking to buy or sell property in Herne Bay?
The team at haart estate agents is here to help

haart estate agents Herne Bay is part of the UK’s largest independent estate agents. We will find the right property for you, whether you are looking for a large detached family house close to the town centre or a property near the seafront.

Herne Bay has proved popular as an alternative to Whitstable for property in last few years and the Kent seaside town is one of its property hotspots.

Herne Bay has a population of 38,563. It neighbours the historic villages of Reculver and Herne and is part of the City of Canterbury local government district. Herne Bay’s seafront is home to the world’s first freestanding purpose-built clock tower, built in 1837; from the late Victorian period until 1978, the town had the second- longest pier in the united kingdom.

The town is 4.5 miles from Whitstable and 6.5 miles from Canterbury with a train line into London Victoria as well as St Pancras for those who are commuting to London.
