If you are a landlord looking to let your property, or you’re keen to rent a property in the up-and-coming area of Hayes, haart Letting Agents are here to help.
haart Lettings Hayes is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.
Hayes is definitely on the up. While it still offers affordability, its transport links are second to none, and new developments are already popping up all over the area. One of the most popular parts of the town is near the Beck Theatre, as there are open spaces, a good school and you’re close to the new Elizabeth line terminal, which is set to open in late 2019.
Currently it’s only a 20 minute train ride from Hayes & Harlington to London Paddington. When the Elizabeth line starts operating, there will be eight to 10 trains an hour to Reading, central London and Stratford.
As well as there being some impressive new residential developments – including Trident House on Station Road and the redeveloped old Nestle Factory – Hayes has some great schools. Almost all are rated ‘good’ by Ofsted, while Swakeleys (a secondary) is rated ‘outstanding’. So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Hayes, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know Hayes
Hayes has a rich, multicultural community and boasts some of the best Indian restaurants in west London. Don’t worry if you’re not into Indian food because there are Chinese, Italian and Thai restaurants too, plus some great pubs.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but haart goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, haart partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
