Hayes is part of the west London Borough of Hillingdon. It makes up the Hayes and Harlington local authority ward, which has a population in excess of 97,000.

It takes just 20 minutes from Hayes & Harlington to get to London Paddington. The new Elizabeth Line will offer eight to 10 trains an hour to Reading, central London and Stratford. Road links are fantastic too, with the M4, M40 and M25 close by. Heathrow Airport is only 10 minutes away.

It has many parks and gardens, canals and rivers and features a strong multicultural population; it is well served by schools.

Hayes has a rich, multicultural community and boasts some of the best Indian restaurants in west London. But if Indian food isn’t your thing, there are Chinese, Italian and Thai eateries, as well as some great pubs.
