Harrow is known for its array of excellent schools, including one of the pre-eminent public schools in the country. This, and its superb transport links, mean that Harrow is in-demand. There’s a wide range of property to choose from, from brand new flats to 1930s homes, as well as Edwardian and Victorian properties. The many new developments include Lyon Square, Stanmore Place and Trinity Square.
A range of tube stations give you fantastic access to different parts of London, and Overground and National Rail train services run to Euston and Marylebone in around 15 minutes. There’s also a very good bus network. Harrow’s multicultural community means that there are some superb restaurants and supermarkets here, as well as a diverse arts and cultural scene.
Harrow is a place where people tend to stay. So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Harrow, the haart lettings team is here to help.
We use rightmove.co.uk, onthemarket.com and our own haart website to market properties. We also advertise in local newspapers and across social media.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but haart goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, haart partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
