We know Grantham
Historic Grantham is a market town in the South Kesteven District of Lincolnshire, 26 miles south of Lincoln, and has a population in excess of 42,000.
The A1, which takes much of the path of the Great North Road, runs past the town, providing excellent road links with destinations across the country. London is just one hour away by train, and Peterborough takes only 30 minutes.
It is popular with families and features idyllic surrounding villages; it benefits from ‘outstanding’ primary and secondary schools in the area and plenty of leisure activities.
Lincolnshire and Grantham are steeped in history, so there are many historic houses to explore, including Woolsthorpe Manor (birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton). The town has a good selection of restaurants, bars and pubs, a thriving arts centre, and plenty to occupy the kids. The cities of Lincoln and Nottingham are both less than 25 miles away.
