Looking to rent or let property in East Ham?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help

haart Lettings East Ham is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

East Ham is a rare thing – an area that’s still affordable (by London standards). But prices are on the up, so if you’re an investor, it’s worth getting in quick. Recent, and ongoing, investment in the East Village and Olympic Park mean that this area is the place to be.

East Ham has eight parks and green spaces, including a nature reserve and a community garden. There’s a multicultural community here, so you can treat yourself to anything from Indian to Polish and Caribbean fayre.

The highly regarded schools, including Brampton Primary, Brampton Manor Academy and Plashet School, also make the area a popular one with families looking to rent here. So whether you’re looking to let or rent in the East Ham area of London, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know East Ham

East Ham is a great location for commuters into central London since it is situated in Zones 3 and 4 on the London Tube map and takes just under half an hour to reach the City by the District or Metropolitan lines.

Lying in the London Borough of Newham, East Ham features many restaurants specialising in ethnic cuisine but there are also traditional East End eateries, too, and the area is well served by schools.

From East Ham it’s just under half an hour to get into Central London via the District Line or Metropolitan Line and, when the Elizabeth Line opens, the heart of London will be accessible in around 22 minutes.
