We know Derby

Derby in the east Midlands is controlled by Derby City Council, has in excess of 250,000 residents and has a diverse population.  It lies in south Derbyshire on the Banks of the River Derwent and the largest employer in the area is Rolls-Royce, the world’s second largest aero-engine manufacturer.

The city is also the home of the Royal School for the Deaf Derby, and there is a significant deaf population in the community.
