Looking to rent or let property in Dartford?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help

haart Lettings Dartford is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

By train from Dartford, you can be at Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross via London Bridge in 45 minutes. Yet the town itself is booming. Think of Dartford and many people think of Lakeside, with its 252 stores, and Bluewater, with its 330 shops, bars and restaurants. But the town also has plenty of green space, including Central Park, a huge area in the middle of town.

Dartford has everything from Victorian terraces to huge mansions and modern apartments, including new developments such as Langley Square and Latham Place. There are some excellent schools too, including Dartford Grammar.

So whether you’re an investor looking to let your property, or you’re keen to rent a home in Dartford, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know Dartford

Probably best known as the home of the Dartford crossing over the Thames from Essex, Dartford is part of Kent and has a population approaching 100,000.

Situated 20 miles east of London, the M25 runs through the area, making it an ideal place for people commuting by car to other parts of Kent or into London.

It is well served by schools and close to many parks. If you like to shop, Thurrock Lakeside is just seven miles away.

Dartford is connected to Thurrock in Essex, on the north side of the Thames, via two road tunnels and the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge. Together this is known as the Dartford Crossing. The bridge is the UK’s second-longest cable-supported road bridge, after the second Severn Crossing.
