"Haart got our house sold just now. Overall I'd say they did a good job, although my wife has pointed to a few things she wasn't that happy with. The definite facts though: They got a ton of people round to see our house, and they communicated with us instantly and well when we had questions, even late in the evening. A particular shout out to Stephanie Edwards who fought to get the transaction past our unhelpful conveyancers --- without her good management of the sale it probably would not have happened. The reasons for not giving a 5-star review are that we felt that they could have given us advice about rewiring the house sooner, they didn't put a floor plan up, and my wife felt they might have over-stated how much the house needed work to clients. But overall, the facts don't lie: They got the people round the house, they got the property sold, and personally, I'd use them again."
