Stunning Extended Home

Behind a gated driveway offering ample parking, you’re welcomed by a spacious entrance hallway leading to thoughtfully designed ground floor living. Enjoy a versatile study/snug TV room to the front but this could be changed to be the 5th bedroom, a stylish shower room, and a comfortable living room. The standout feature is the impressive 23ft contemporary kitchen/dining room, complete with integrated appliances, a central peninsular, and bi-folding doors opening onto the rear garden. A separate utility room adds further convenience.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom boasts a sleek ensuite shower room and substantial fitted wardrobes. Three additional bedrooms are served by a modern family bathroom, while the additional ground floor shower room enhances flexibility for busy family living. Outside, the garden extends over 90ft, offering far-reaching views across open fields, along with useful outbuildings — an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining with a seating area under the square metal pergola.

This stunning home combines space, style, and a prime location — early viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate all it has to offer.

About Biggin Hill

Biggin Hill, former home to the RAF, has a population of around 6,000 and is part of the London Borough of Bromley.

The area boasts two primary schools and a secondary school, and there are many others in neighbouring districts. Rail transport to central London is accessible via good bus services to Hayes or Bromley.

In the Second World War, Biggin Hill airfield became a Spitfire station and offensive missions flew from here. Today it is the most popular light aviation airfield in southern England and hosts an annual air show. Other places of interest in the area include Down House, the home of Charles Darwin, and the place where he wrote his world-changing book ‘On the origin of species’, and Churchill’s country home, Chartwell.
