About Harrow

Harrow and nearby Harrow on the Hill are desirable locations situated in the London Borough of Harrow north-west of the city, which takes just 45 minutes by car.

It has two train stations, Harrow on the hill and Harrow and Wealdstone and is served by many schools, including one of the UK’s elite fee-paying public schools, Harrow, at Harrow on the Hill.  There’s an excellent range of tube stations, giving access to the Piccadilly, Northern, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Bakerloo Lines. Overground and National Rail train services run to Euston and Marylebone in around 15 minutes.

The area is very diverse and contains a café culture feel. It also has two shopping centres and a wide variety of clubs and activities.

Harrow’s schools are very good, but if you have an eye on a particular one, make sure you buy within the catchment area. Of the primaries, Heathland School and St Anselm’s Catholic Primary are both rated ‘Outstanding’. Of the secondaries, Whitmore High School and Rooks Heath College are both rated ‘Outstanding’.
