A beautifully presented five-bedroom semi-detached family home with stunning elevated views from the superb loft conversion, offering spacious and versatile accommodation arranged over three floors.

Truly Exceptional Views!

Originally a three-bedroom property, the home has been thoughtfully extended by the current owners with an impressive loft conversion that creates two additional double bedrooms and a contemporary shower room on the second floor. From this level the outlook is truly spectacular, with far-reaching views stretching towards Southend and glimpses of the sea on clear, sunny days.

The ground floor offers a stylish modern kitchen alongside a generous lounge and dining area, providing a fantastic open and sociable space perfect for everyday family living and entertaining guests. The property also has a down stairs cloak room.

To the first floor is a spacious principal bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom, and a single bedroom which works perfectly as a home office or nursery or single bedroom. The family bathroom completes this floor.

The property has a wonderful feel throughout, combining modern finishes with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is presented to a high standard and is truly turn-key ready for the next owners to move straight in and enjoy.

Outside, the home continues to impress with a generously sized rear garden, ideal for children to play and perfect for summer barbecues and al fresco dining. A garage accessed from the garden provides useful storage and loft space, while the driveway offers off-street parking for two vehicles.

Properties of this quality and with such impressive views are rarely available, so early viewing is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

About Sheerness

Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.

The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.

Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.

Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.

This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
