A home filled with love!

Loved and cherished by the same owners since it was built around 30 years ago, this is a home that has been filled with love, laughter and countless family memories. The generous plot, beautiful garden and rarity of having four double bedrooms were among the features that first attracted the current owners, and it is easy to understand why they have stayed for so long.

Step inside and the welcoming lounge sets the tone beautifully. Calm, comfortable and filled with natural light from the attractive bay window, it is a wonderful room in which to relax. Double doors lead through to the separate dining room, allowing the two spaces to flow together perfectly when entertaining while retaining the option for more intimate family living.

The modern kitchen provides plenty of storage and workspace together with a breakfast area – ideal for busy mornings, informal meals or sitting with a coffee while dinner is being prepared. There is also internal access from here into the generous garage, complete with an electric garage door, providing secure parking as well as excellent additional storage.

The conservatory is perhaps one of the most peaceful spaces within the home. Overlooking the beautiful rear garden, it provides the perfect place to sit back with a book, enjoy a morning coffee or simply watch the seasons change.

Upstairs, the excellent proportions continue with four double bedrooms, giving a growing family the space everyone needs. The principal bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, complemented by the family bathroom.

Outside, the south/south-west facing rear garden is a real highlight. Established, attractive and wonderfully positioned to enjoy the sunshine, it offers plenty of space for children to play, summer barbecues, entertaining friends and family or simply relaxing at the end of the day.

The house has also been carefully maintained and improved throughout the owners' time here. The windows and doors have been replaced over the years, together with the fascias and guttering. The boiler was replaced within approximately the last four years and has a full annual service history, while the loft has been boarded and benefits from additional insulation. A CCTV system is installed and will also remain with the property. There is a TV aerial in the master bedroom.

To the front, the driveway provides parking for two cars, while the open green opposite is a fantastic extension to the family-friendly surroundings – perfect for dog walks, outdoor play or simply enjoying an attractive open outlook from home.

A Fantastic Location for Families
Nearby primary options include Milton Court Primary Academy and Regis Manor Primary School, with Kemsley Primary School also within the wider local area.

For older children, Sittingbourne offers an excellent choice of secondary education, including The Sittingbourne School and Fulston Manor School, while the town is also home to selective grammar-school options including Highsted Grammar School for girls and Borden Grammar School for boys. Admission and catchment criteria should, of course, be checked directly with the relevant schools and Kent County Council.

With its generous accommodation, four double bedrooms, beautiful sunny garden, open green outlook and excellent choice of education within the surrounding area, this is a home designed for family life.

After around 30 happy years with the same owners, it is now ready for another family to fall in love with it and begin their own chapter.

This isn't simply a house for sale – it's a much-loved family home waiting for its next generation. Call today to arrange your viewing.

About Sheerness

Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.

The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.

Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.

Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.

This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
