INVESTOR'S DREAM – ***GUIDE PRICE £275,000–£300,000***
Investors Dream
ATTENTION INVESTORS, DEVELOPERS & TRANSFORMATION BUYERS!
A property with huge potential, planning permission for a rear extension, and an opportunity to create something truly special.
Looking for your next project? This property presents an exciting opportunity to acquire a home with fantastic scope for improvement and development, in a price range that could appeal strongly to investors and experienced renovation buyers.
The property is currently in need of extensive refurbishment and modernisation, but look beyond the current condition and the potential becomes clear. The existing accommodation provides a solid starting point, while planning permission is already in place for a rear extension, offering the opportunity to increase the living space and add significant value, subject to the relevant permissions and conditions.
The property has plenty of character and features that could be transformed, with the right vision, into a highly desirable modern home. From reconfiguring the existing spaces to creating a larger, more contemporary living environment, there is considerable scope to put your own stamp on the property.
For investors, developers or buyers looking for a project rather than a finished product, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Properties offering this level of potential don't come along every day. Guide price £275,000–£300,000.
?? Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the property's current condition, development potential and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Please note: The property requires significant works and refurbishment. Prospective purchasers should make their own enquiries regarding planning permission, development potential, costs and all necessary consents.

About Sheerness
Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.
The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.
Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.
Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.
This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
