FOUR BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED CHALET BUNGALOW – An extended and much-improved home offering exceptionally versatile accommodation, approximately 60' South facing rear garden. Situated in a desirable Holland-on-Sea location

A Home With Genuine Flexibility

A versatile four-bedroom chalet bungalow with generous living space, off-road parking and an approximately 60' rear garden, ideally situated in the sought-after Holland-on-Sea area.

This extended and much-improved four-bedroom semi-detached chalet bungalow, providing exceptionally versatile accommodation arranged over two floors.
One of the property's key attractions is the flexibility it offers, with two bedrooms, the bathroom, lounge/diner and kitchen all situated on the ground floor, making it possible to enjoy predominantly single-storey living if required.

The additional two bedrooms and cloakroom on the first floor provide excellent flexibility for families, guests, hobbies or working from home.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the impressive 24' lounge/diner, offering plenty of space for both relaxing and entertaining, with French doors opening directly onto the rear garden.

Outside, the property benefits from a block-paved frontage providing off-road parking, whilst to the rear is an approximately 60' enclosed South facing garden, mainly laid to lawn and complemented by a patio area and two timber storage sheds.

Versatile accommodation, generous proportions and a substantial rear garden make this an appealing home for a wide range of buyers.

About Clacton-on-sea

Clacton-on-Sea is the largest town on the Tendring peninsular and is a major attraction for holidaymakers and day-trippers alike.  It has a population of over 138,000 and is home to many retirement-age residents and families and is well served by local schools. Travel to London is via the "Sunshine Coast" line and takes 90 minutes.

Access to Clacton by car is via the A133 and the A120 and A12 are nearby too. Clacton does beaches brilliantly, in fact, in 2016 a clever scheme saw the creation of two brand new beaches that are unaffected by the tide. These two new sandy spaces, one in Clacton and one in neighbouring Holland-on-Sea, have been a popular addition, with locals and tourists alike.
