Stunning Family Living!
Finished to an impressive standard, this is a home where you can simply unpack, settle in and start enjoying everything it has to offer.
The heart of the property is the stunning modern kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed with both family life and entertaining in mind. The kitchen offers an excellent range of integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, additional fridge, dishwasher, double oven and microwave oven, creating a stylish yet incredibly practical space.
The ground floor also provides a spacious lounge/dining room, with the current owners cleverly utilising the dining area as a home study, demonstrating just how versatile the accommodation can be. A convenient downstairs WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms together with a beautifully finished family bathroom featuring both a bath and separate shower.
From Bedroom Three, stairs lead to a versatile additional loft room with an en-suite WC. Currently utilised as a bedroom, this excellent space provides valuable additional accommodation and offers a range of potential uses. For marketing purposes, the space is described as a loft room rather than an additional bedroom.
Outside, the rear garden is a wonderful size and offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. There is a generous patio area perfect for summer dining and entertaining, side pedestrian access, access to the garage and a useful workshop area. At the bottom of the garden sits a summer house, providing an ideal space for a home office, hobby room or peaceful retreat.
Parking is equally impressive, with off-road parking for approximately two to three vehicles to the front, together with a shared driveway providing access to the garage.
For families, the location is another major attraction, with access to a selection of highly regarded local schools and Sittingbourne's excellent amenities, making this a superb choice for buyers looking for a home they can enjoy for many years to come.
Beautifully finished, wonderfully versatile and offering fantastic family space both inside and out — this is a home that deserves to be viewed.

About Sheerness
Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.
The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.
Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.
Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.
This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
