A Much Loved Family Home in a Peaceful & Tucked-Away Setting
Nestled at the end of a quiet no-through road, this charming three-bedroom semi-detached home has been lovingly owned for many years and is ready to welcome its next chapter.
Enchanting, warm and welcoming!
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall that leads into a bright and airy lounge diner, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The conservatory to the rear is a delightful addition, flooding the home with natural light and providing a tranquil space to enjoy views of the garden throughout the seasons. The kitchen is well-proportioned and offers plenty of scope for modernisation, allowing the next owner to really make the space their own.
Upstairs, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms along with a separate bathroom and WC, which could easily be combined to create one larger, contemporary bathroom if desired. One of the standout features of this home is the incredible natural light that flows throughout, enhancing the warm and welcoming atmosphere that is felt in every room.
Externally, the property benefits from a driveway and garage, providing ample parking and storage. The rear garden is a lovely size and offers the perfect setting for summer barbecues, outdoor entertaining, or simply relaxing in a private and peaceful space.
While the property would benefit from some updating, it is already very much a home, full of character, warmth, and years of happy memories. It presents a fantastic opportunity for a new owner to modernise and personalise while retaining the charm and feeling that makes it so special.
Offered to the market chain free, this is a rare opportunity to secure a home in such a quiet and desirable location. Viewings are strictly by appointment via our exclusive open day, so please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange your internal tour.

About Sheerness
Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.
The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.
Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.
Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.
This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
