This Could Be Your Forever Home...

This attractive three-bedroom chalet offers spacious and versatile accommodation, ideal for families, downsizers seeking flexible living space, or those who enjoy hosting and entertaining.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a well-arranged ground floor that balances practicality with comfortable living. The kitchen forms the heart of the home and flows effortlessly into the breakfast room. Together, these spaces create a generous open area that is perfect for everyday family life, casual dining, and social gatherings with friends. The layout encourages a sociable atmosphere, allowing the cook to remain part of the conversation while preparing meals.

The lounge is a particularly inviting room, offering a relaxing environment to unwind at the end of the day. Large patio doors allow an abundance of natural light to pour into the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while also providing pleasant views and easy access to the garden. Positioned adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room, ideal for family meals, special occasions, or entertaining guests in a more formal setting.

The ground floor further benefits from two well-proportioned bedrooms, both offering comfortable accommodation and flexibility to suit a variety of needs. These rooms could easily serve as guest bedrooms, children’s rooms, or even a home office for those working remotely. Completing the ground floor is a modern family shower room, stylishly presented and conveniently located to serve both bedrooms and visiting guests.

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the impressive master bedroom. This spacious room offers a peaceful and private retreat away from the main living areas of the home. With ample room for wardrobes and additional furniture, it provides both comfort and practicality. The master bedroom also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, adding an extra level of convenience and privacy.

Outside, the property continues to impress. A large gravel driveway to the front provides ample off-road parking for multiple vehicles, making it ideal for households with several cars or visiting guests. The generous wrap-around garden is a standout feature of the home. Private and well-positioned, it enjoys sunlight for much of the day, creating a wonderful outdoor environment. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play, for keen gardeners to cultivate plants and flowers, or simply for relaxing and enjoying long summer evenings outdoors. Its size and layout make it perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, or creating a peaceful retreat to unwind in nature.

Overall, this charming chalet combines spacious living areas, flexible accommodation, and a wonderful outdoor setting, making it a fantastic home for modern family living.

About Dereham

Dereham, in the heart of Norfolk, is controlled by Breckland District Council and is one of the larger towns in the centre of the county with a population of more than 17,800.

It has good access to the A47 to Kings Lynn and Norwich, and its location makes it easy to reach the Midlands. Tourists use the town to access the Norfolk Broads, coastal resorts and other attractions. Historically, it was a farming town, although there is now a large diverse range of businesses.

A ‘must-visit’ in Dereham is the Mid Norfolk Railway, run by railway enthusiasts. The line starts in the town and travels to Wymondham Abbey. Dereham also has a restored windmill, built in 1836, which has changing exhibitions and is open to visitors.
