Garage conversion & Annexe potential

Tucked away on the desirable Nelson Court in Watton, this impressive three-bedroom detached bungalow occupies a generous corner plot, offering space, privacy, and versatile living — all with the added benefit of no onward chain.

Beautifully arranged for modern living, the accommodation begins with a welcoming entrance hall leading into a bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area — perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family. A conservatory extends the living space further, providing delightful views over the garden throughout the seasons.

Three generously sized bedrooms are complemented by a family wetroom, while the cleverly converted garage creates a flexible fourth bedroom, home office, or hobby room — ideal for today’s work-from-home lifestyle.

Outside is where this home truly shines. The substantial corner plot offers privacy and bursts into colour during the Spring and Summer months, creating a tranquil retreat. With such a spacious garden and peace of mind from not being over looked this truly is a rare find. A powered summer house provides yet another adaptable space — whether you envision a garden office, studio, or games room. The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles with ease, making this property as practical as it is charming.

Homes offering this level of versatility, plot size, and privacy — especially in such a pleasant Watton setting — are rarely available. With no onward chain, this is a seamless opportunity not to be missed. Contact us today to arrange your viewing and discover the potential of Nelson Court for yourself.

About Dereham

Dereham, in the heart of Norfolk, is controlled by Breckland District Council and is one of the larger towns in the centre of the county with a population of more than 17,800.

It has good access to the A47 to Kings Lynn and Norwich, and its location makes it easy to reach the Midlands. Tourists use the town to access the Norfolk Broads, coastal resorts and other attractions. Historically, it was a farming town, although there is now a large diverse range of businesses.

A ‘must-visit’ in Dereham is the Mid Norfolk Railway, run by railway enthusiasts. The line starts in the town and travels to Wymondham Abbey. Dereham also has a restored windmill, built in 1836, which has changing exhibitions and is open to visitors.
