Location, Location, Location
Sexburga Drive offers an enviable coastal lifestyle, with summers spent enjoying family days by the sea. The popular Beach Bar restaurant is close by, perfect for relaxed meals and drinks, and is dog-friendly, a real favourite with local residents. The Glen is also within easy walking distance, providing a fantastic space for children to play and dogs to roam. Well-regarded local schools are all nearby, making this a highly sought-after location.
The bungalow itself is beautifully presented throughout and ready to move straight into, benefiting from recently fitted windows and flooring. The property also offers excellent potential for extension. The current owners had plans to extend to the rear to create an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Existing plans are held with haart estate agents, offering an exciting insight into what could be achieved, subject to the necessary planning permissions.
The landscaped garden has been thoughtfully designed to flow seamlessly from the interior, creating a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sunshine in the warmer months. A separate garden cabin, currently used as a gym with an en-suite shower room, offers superb versatility and could serve as a home office, studio, or potential annexe for visiting friends and family.
This is a must view home for anyone seeking a beautifully finished bungalow in a prime coastal location, with a stunning garden and significant future potential. Internal viewing is highly recommended.

About Sheerness
Located beside the mouth of the River Medway, Sheerness is an attractive seaside town in north Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.
The town originally grew from a fort built in the 16th Century to protect the river from naval invasion. Now it has a population of 13,000 and is the largest town on the island.
Sheerness has a thriving industry, with the Port of Sheerness being one of the UK’s leading car and fresh produce importers.
Nature reserves, pretty seafronts, great walks and amazing beaches – Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey are Kent’s best-kept secrets. Sheerness has some fascinating history, good shops, and amenities. There are half-hourly trains from Sheerness to London St Pancras, and the M2 is 15 minutes away, while the M20 is 30 minutes away.
This is an area steeped in history; Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn spent their honeymoon at Shurland Hall, which is near Sheerness as Henry was on his way to France. There was a navy dockyard in Sheerness for 300 years, which is now a commercial port.
