Chain Free
Situated on a quiet and well-regarded residential turning, this three bedroom bungalow presents a compelling opportunity for buyers seeking space, flexibility, and long-term potential.
The property is arranged around a positioned hallway, creating a natural flow and clear separation between living and sleeping areas. To the front, the principal bedroom enjoys a bay window, while two further bedrooms provide versatile accommodation for family, guests, or home working.
To the rear, the home opens into a generous living room, seamlessly connecting to a light-filled conservatory that overlooks the garden — a standout feature that enhances both everyday living and entertaining. The adjoining kitchen is well positioned and offers clear potential for modernisation or reconfiguration into a more open-plan layout.
Externally, the private rear garden provides a peaceful outdoor setting, while a detached garage offers additional storage or conversion possibilities. Subject to the usual planning permissions, the property also offers excellent scope to extend and further enhance.
Combining an increasingly rare bungalow layout with strong fundamentals and future potential, this is a home that will appeal to downsizers, families, and buyers looking to create something bespoke.
Located within easy reach of Harold Wood Station (Elizabeth Line), local amenities, schools, and major road links, the property is ideally positioned for both convenience and connectivity.
