"My name is paddy I have just moved in To main New rented property first of all I would like to send my appreciation to Alesha Fowles who works at Haart Norwich the first day I rang and put the inquiry in about the House she arranged a visit To the house my ex wife was looked at it and she sent me the video of it I liked the house Alesha was a great help she give us the paperwork and in great detail what needed to be done onto the farms we returned them to your building and we started the process I Spoke to Alesha. On the phone and again, Alesha took her time explain to me what needed Dunn and from that moments on she would form me sometimes two or three times in the day to make sure that I got emails hard to fill in the forms because I have a disability she took even more time she was really really friendly and very pleasant and she was very easy to work with and she knew everything I was able to keep me on the right trail. I was without her. I don’t think I would’ve got this House but her possessions and all her brilliant Advice I am glad to say she gave me the keys yesterday and I have moved now and the house and even then she run to see how to find where the water was the electric No was advised me on the amenities that I had to pay for suggested different names of companies and said to me to make up my mind and choose what’s best for me and which I’m in the process of doing now and I would just like the sand Big thank you to her for all her great work and the Money times that she took out of our day to help me and to talk me through everything because sometimes I get confused and she always had the patience to talk to me and we would have a laugh now again and I must say it was a pleasure dealing with and I will go back to hearts in the morning if I need it another property because the staff are friendly unhappy but with Alesha patience and help I don’t think I would’ve got through this. She is just a wonderful person who knows her job really really well in my eyes. She’s priceless to that Company because without our I see a lot of people wouldn’t be getting properties and I wish her well and I hope someone within management recognises her for her abilities and her skills talking to people and going out of her way to help everybody and anybody and I hope they look after well too because she’s bringing in what to use and she does deserve some sort of appreciation from the company as well because I will use the Company nylon and I recommended to 1 to go through hearts because if their ass to stop for like her, you will be well looked after.
