"Robert is very friendly , he answered all the questions . He was very patient, and understanding about the boys' questions and jokes, he made us all feel welcome . We weren't rushed around the property and were able to look over the house again. Robert gave us his card to contact him directly talked us through the entire process and kept in touch on a daily basis ,and advised us of the next steps to take as we were interested in the property .
