We know Kesgrave

Situated in the county of Suffolk to the east of Ipswich, Kesgrave is a civil parish with a population of 11,000.

Ipswich Train Station, which runs regular services to London, Norwich and Colchester, can be accessed in 30 minutes by public transport. Kesgrave is also accessible via the A14 and A12.

Kesgrave consists of two large estates with five primary schools and a high school. Kesgrave Hall has been standing for over 200 years and is now a popular restaurant and hotel.

Cycling is very popular in this generally flat landscape, and there are many cycle tracks and routes, both locally and around the Ipswich area. There’s a cycle lane through one of the housing estates in Kesgrave, and the high school encourages pupils to walk or cycle to school, with around 60% doing so.
