Great price achieved for three bedroom family home

Stanfield Avenue garden.jpg

The sellers of a lovely three bedroom family home in Stanfield Avenue came to the branch needing the sale of their property at the best possible price in order to move on to their new home.  Having felt let down by a previous agent, excellent service and regular contact was of paramount importance.

Having agreed a good asking price for the property with the sellers, the branch set to work on marketing this property, using professional photography from Krystle Ainsworth and an open house event.  We find open house events particularly helpful to drive up demand for a property.  It also has the added benefit of having all interested potential buyers to see the property at the same time which avoids taking up the seller's time with viewings and preparing the property for viewings.

We provided the sellers with structured feedback from people who viewed this property, and kept in contact with them to a level they were happy with.

There were many elements of this three bedroom, semi-detached home in Stanfield Avenue, Harborne, that made it perfect for young families or couples.  The extended property was modern, tastefully decorated with a great spacious kitchen.  It was ready for the new buyers to move straight into.  However, we have to say our favourite feature of this property was the garden.  Not only was it a good size and carefully maintained - it had a brilliant bar and barbecue area at the bottom.  So perfect for summer entertaining!

We generated a brilliant level of interest.  Our Branch Manager, Benjamin Marsden explains:  "Thanks to the brilliant level of interest in this property, we were able to sell it for very close to the full asking price.  This was particular good news for our sellers who told us their previous agents had struggled to sell and they were now able to move forward with their new dream home.  The whole transaction was a pleasure to deal with."

The sellers were kind enough to leave us a review too which we are most grateful for.  Check out our recent reviews today.
