Looking to rent or let property in Ashford?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help
haart Lettings Middlesex is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.
Originally an old settlement (it appears on the Middlesex Domesday map as Exeforde), today Ashford is an up and coming, affordable and family-friendly town that boasts a good selection of primary and secondary schools. It’s also a popular choice for commuters thanks to its superb transport links into London Waterloo and around the South East via the M25, M3 and A3(M). Heathrow Airport is only a few miles away too.
Tenants in Ashford generally look for two-bedroom flats, and there are some modern apartment blocks too – the latest development is taking shape on Church Road. Although central London is on your doorstep, Ashford high street has everything you need, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes.
So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Ashford, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know Ashford
Ashford is well served by trains into London’s Waterloo. Although the town, home to over 27,000 people, is classified as a suburb of London it comes under the borough of Spelthorne in Surrey.
It is well served by schools and the majority of homes here are semis with few high-rise properties but it also has a good mix of terraced properties and apartments.
This location gives you easy access to the motorway junctions of the M25, M3 and A3(M).
From Ashford it’s easy to get into central London (a variety of train services serve the town). It’s also simple to get out of the city and head to the more tranquil areas of Windsor and Eton Riverside – again, let the train take the strain. Car-lovers can head to Brooklands Museum in Weybridge. And younger members of the family will love the fact that Legoland and Chessington World of Adventures are nearby.
