Area Director for The Shires Mel Casey has scooped a company-wide award for being the top Area Director, based on customer service.
Ms Casey, who manages seven offices from Maidenhead to Northampton, was presented with a trophy at a glittering awards ceremony, celebrating the very best staff and offices throughout haart’s parent company Spicerhaart, the largest independent estate agency group in the UK.
She said: “It’s an honour to have won this award based on the customer service that we provide to our landlords and tenants. It’s a real achievement for all of the offices in my area and we are celebrating our success together.”
Andrew Benn, Managing Director of Lettings, said: “Mel understands that, in this digital world, customers expect instant responses from people delivering fantastic customer service. She has a culture of customer obsession within her team and I am not in the least surprised to see her win this award.”
The awards ceremony was part of the company’s annual conference, Ice Apex 2017, and featured comic Jo Caulfield, top international estate agency speaker Tom Panos and a surprise visit from the Red Devils, the British Army’s Parachute Regiment display team.
Staff are planning a sky dive with the Red Devils in June to raise money for the company’s Magic Moments charity, which takes children from hospices on a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Paris.
