Tucked away along a private drive off Bintree Road in the sought-after village of Billingford, this beautifully extended three-bedroom semi-detached home offers a rare combination of space, privacy, and countryside charm. Set on a generous plot with stunning field views to the rear, this is a property that immediately stands out.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and practicality. A cosy snug with a woodburning stove creates the perfect retreat, while the ground-floor shower room adds convenience. The heart of the home is the open-plan lounge/diner, featuring a second woodburning stove and a useful built-in pantry storage cupboard—ideal for modern family living and entertaining. The contemporary fitted kitchen comes equipped with built-in appliances, offering both style and functionality.

Upstairs, a central landing leads to three well-proportioned bedrooms and a convenient first-floor W.C. The property further benefits from double glazing throughout and oil-fired central heating.

Outside, the home truly excels. The expansive rear garden enjoys uninterrupted field views and is beautifully landscaped with a variety of mature trees and shrubs, along with a patio seating area—perfect for relaxing or hosting guests. To the front, a generous gravel driveway provides ample off-road parking for multiple vehicles and leads to a detached garage.

About Dereham

Dereham, in the heart of Norfolk, is controlled by Breckland District Council and is one of the larger towns in the centre of the county with a population of more than 17,800.

It has good access to the A47 to Kings Lynn and Norwich, and its location makes it easy to reach the Midlands. Tourists use the town to access the Norfolk Broads, coastal resorts and other attractions. Historically, it was a farming town, although there is now a large diverse range of businesses.

A ‘must-visit’ in Dereham is the Mid Norfolk Railway, run by railway enthusiasts. The line starts in the town and travels to Wymondham Abbey. Dereham also has a restored windmill, built in 1836, which has changing exhibitions and is open to visitors.
