Mini Christmas Village

Create your own mini Winter Wonderland with an apothecary jar this Christmas! Use salt as the base and place a small house and a few small trees inside. It’s a decoration that’s both easy to make and can be displayed anywhere in the home. You can also get the children involved in creating the small house and the trees!

This is a particular kind of décor that you can keep on display past Christmas way into February, especially as it’s not purely red and green. Get together some candles, pinecones, mini trees and ornaments to create the ultimate winter centrepiece.

Traditional Candles

Not keen on stretching too far away from traditional decorations? Consider using pillar candles placed on a cake stand (instead of regular candle holders). Make it pop even more by decorating it with artificial berry garland to achieve a real Christmas feel.
