We know Leytonstone
Leytonstone is located in the East of London in the borough of Waltham Forest. It has a Tube station and only takes 15 minutes to get to London Liverpool Street. There are plenty of open spaces and the area is very diverse and multicultural.
Leytonstone also has a nice street market and there is a multitude of schools on offer with good reputations. There is only a 10-minute drive to the A12 with easy connections to other areas.
Popular parts of the area include Upper Leytonstone and Bushwood, which are close to the stations. The area’s great schools make it popular with families too; there are several outstanding primaries and a number of good secondaries.
In Leytonstone you’re also close to Westfield Stratford (one of Europe’s leading shopping destinations) have the pick of different green spaces to explore, including historic Epping Forest where you can hire a boat on Hollow Pond.
There’s a strong sense of community here, and a village feel, which is becoming rarer to find in London. New pubs, bars and coffee shops are rejuvenating the area; there’s even an independent bookshop that serves coffee, cake and – cocktails.
