The team at Leicester haart are in fine spirits after their recent market success. The team conducted a valuation at a property on a Saturday afternoon at around 3pm. The vendors originally bought the property as their first buy and were renting it out over the last few years.
The appraisal was carried out and the branch valuer then spoke to the vendors and explained haart’s approach and strategy, including how our exclusive social media tool FLINK separates us from the competition. An Open House event was held the following Monday evening where the property was sold for its original asking price.
