Estate Agency Services

haart Estate Agents Dereham is part of the UK’s largest independent estate agent. We help thousands of people every year to find their dream property, a great investment, or to sell their home.

Dereham is in the very heart of Norfolk and is one of the larger towns in the county, with a population of around 18,000. There are good road links; the town is just off the A47, 15 miles west of Norwich and 25 east of King’s Lynn, and it’s an easy journey to the north Norfolk coast.

Dereham has everything you need, from supermarkets to independent shops and cafes, a weekly market and a small cinema. The schools are good too, with Toftwood Infant School rated ‘Outstanding’ and both local high schools rated ‘Good’. At the weekend there’s plenty to keep the family entertained, from a leisure centre to sports clubs and even a heritage railway. Alternatively, why not head up to the coast or over to Norwich?

So, whether you’re looking for a home close to a good school, beautiful countryside or handy shops, haart can help you find your ideal property in Dereham.

haart introduce to Just Mortgages a trading name of Just Mortgages Direct Limited who are appointed representatives of Openwork Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We know Dereham

Dereham, in the heart of Norfolk, is controlled by Breckland District Council and is one of the larger towns in the centre of the county with a population of more than 17,800.

It has good access to the A47 to Kings Lynn and Norwich, and its location makes it easy to reach the Midlands. Tourists use the town to access the Broads, coastal resorts and other attractions.

Historically, it was a farming town, although there is now a large diverse range of businesses.

A ‘must-visit’ in Dereham is the Mid Norfolk Railway, run by railway enthusiasts. The line starts in the town and travels to Wymondham Abbey. Dereham also has a restored windmill, built in 1836, which has changing exhibitions and is open to visitors.
