Looking to rent or let property in Brixton?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help

haart lettings Brixton is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

Since the 1990s Brixton has undergone extensive regeneration. Today it’s home to many young professionals and families, drawn to it for the lively arts and music scene and the area’s proximity to the city and West End (there are various Underground and Overground stations in the area).

Brixton Village, Brockwell Park and Kennington Park are the most in-demand areas, where tenants are keen to live in the beautiful Georgian and Victorian terraces. There are also more modest and contemporary options, depending on your lifestyle and budget.

Brixton is spoilt for shops too, from national chains to quirky independents, and there are some fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants. The area’s also well known for its music venues, including the O2 Academy Brixton and Electric Brixton.

So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Brixton, the haart lettings Brixton team is here to help.

We know Brixton

Brixton is a mainly residential area of London nestling within the London Borough of Lambeth.

It has a multi-ethnic community and is known for a large street market. In the past 20 years it has undergone a period of regeneration that has seen the area ‘gentrified’.

Many wealthy middle-class people now call the area home – drawn to its bohemian arts scene and proximity to the city and West End.

Electric Avenue is the hub of Brixton, with its independent food stores and Brixton Market – one of the best vintage and food markets in London. Brixton is popular with people of different ages; families love it for its schools – the majority of which are rated either ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
