Looking to rent or let property in Battersea?
The team at haart letting agents is here to help
haart Lettings Battersea is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.
Battersea has some fantastic rental properties, from new conversions to period homes and modern apartment blocks. While the area doesn’t currently have its own tube station (although all that will change in 2020 when a new station opens on the Northern line) the trains stations at Battersea Park, Queenstown Road and Clapham Junction are all close by. There are also many bus services that operate in the area, and you can walk to Chelsea and Fulham, which are just over Battersea Bridge.
Battersea is popular with city professionals as well as families. As well as being one of the safest parts of London, it has some superb cafes, pubs and bars and a genuine sense of community. So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Battersea, the haart Lettings team is here to help.

We know Battersea
Battersea is a triangular residential district of the London Borough of Wandsworth in south London. It boasts one of south west London’s main parks, Battersea Park.
The district now has a population of over 75,000 and is situated within Zone 2 of the London Tube map.
It has four main housing estates: The Winstanley; Surrey Lane, near Chelsea; Doddington and Rollo estate; and towards Vauxhall, the Patmore estate and is home to many famous people.
You won’t be short of things to do in Battersea. Battersea Park is one of the main parks in this part of the capital. With water fountains, sculptures and a children’s zoo, it’s a great place to escape to whatever the weather.
