We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the help and hard work involved in both selling our property and buying our new home. From the time that you came round to our house for a valuation through to the final picking up of the keys, you have all been absolutely brilliant. We would also like to make an additional, huge thank you to Maggie for keeping us up to fate with the sometimes very difficult progress and for helping us to stay sane! I do not anticipate moving again any time soon but if we do, we will certainly be in touch with you again,. Once again, THANK YOU!

What an excellent service. From our first meeting with Harriet ? who totally understood our requirements and met them to perfection. To the team who gave us confidence and made us feel very valued customers. Every phone-call made was acted upon. Our main praise goes to Margaret Shahrestani. She went above and beyond our expectations every day - to inform us of progress, to sort out problems which seemed impossible and to appease our buyers very often under very difficult circumstances. I know that she was under tremendous stress to ensure our sale would complete but she always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. She deserves a medal and a very big one! Excellent

A big thank you to you and your staff for the way that you handled the sale of my sister's bungalow. When the property was first on the market we employed one of your competitors, an old established company, who she thought, would be the best company to handle the sale. Unfortunately the reverse was the case. After two months of inaction and few potential buyers we contacted haart and the outcome was refreshingly and totally different. All the potential buyers who visited were accompanied by a member of your staff who were knowledgeable regarding the property and enthusiastic about its location. It is said that buying and selling a house is the most traumatic experience possible but haart and Maggie Sharahstani who regularly kept us informed how the sale was progressing and what was causing any hold ups, managed to make the whole journey seem bearable.

?We were delighted with the service that haart Bar Hill provided us on the sale of our house, right through from the valuation to completion. As soon as our property went on the market, we had a number of viewings lined up - none of which were time wasters. Harriet and Maggie were in contact with us almost daily to let us know how the sale was progressing and we always felt in the loop. haart Bar Hill are very professional and proactive agents and we cannot recommend them highly enough.??We were delighted with the service that haart Bar Hill provided us on the sale of our house, right through from the valuation to completion. On our most recent move we both bought and sold through haart Bar Hill. We chose them because we were familiar with them as they are local to us. We felt that haart really went the extra mile for us, they were excellent at communication and always kept in contact with us informing of every step of the process. Harriet at the branch really listened to what we wanted from our new property and actually went out of her way to source it for us. The service was exceptional and we would recommend them totally.

?During the purchase of my new property we did encounter a few hurdles, however with the help of haart of Bar Hill we managed to overcome these obstacles to secure purchase I am most grateful for their hard work and determination to solve any problems that occurred during buying the property. I was also very impressed by the mortgage advisor, James Heron. James was professional at all times, given me good advice and kept in touch with me on a regular basis. If I decide to purchase another property James would be my number one option and I would happily recommend him and haart of Bar Hill to friends, family and colleagues. They are friendly and hardworking and they do everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction.?

?Having moved on a number of occasions, we can say with confidence that the team in haart of Bar Hill walked the extra mile to get the sale through. Given the various difficulties we encountered, they did not flinch and special praise must go to Maggie who clung to the case. Many estate agents do very little after finding a buyer; this was certainly not the case with haart and we are truly grateful. We are thoroughly enjoying the Norfolk country life and look forward to many happy years here.?

I had been letting my property with haart and they were excellent, so were a natural choice of selling agent when we decided to sell. haart were professional and the service was excellent. Our sales negotiator, was really good. She always let us know what was going on and sorting things out when needed.

I have been working with haart for a few years now and find their approach highly professional. They are very knowledgeable on the subject of renting and making suggestions and recommendations. They always told me what and how to do things and the ladies in the office are approachable and very experienced. They are always ready to answer my questions. They found me good tenants, who never miss their monthly rentals. This is because haart do their search properly and carry proper and appropriate checks about the credibility of the prospective tenants.

I have always been apprehensive about buying my first home because of the horror stories I so often hear. I'm glad to be able to say that me and my partner were very surprised (in a good way) with our experience thanks to haart. You kept us informed on a regular basis, even if it was to say there was no new update, which really look a weight off of our shoulders knowing you were keeping an eye on things for us. You chased everyone up on our behalf to ensure deadlines were met and all in all ensured a relatively painless experience was had. Thank you for your help.
