I vow that we had the most difficult, complex, fragile and intimidating move of all time. If there is another move as fraught as what we had to go through, I would love to sit down with a coffee and compare notes. Our move read like a film, a 4 person chain, impending deadlines, bank take overs, tempremental personalities heightened by poor supporting acts (let's not talk about that) This chain was literally on the verge of collapsing every week in a two month period, (you can imagine the stress!) it reads like a film that I may well sell to Hollywood. I can honestly say, if it wasn't for the work that Alex Gowers of haart put in, I would not be writing this from a beautiful new home that heaven and earth was moved to get. I don't know whether it was the haart training or just the abilities of Alex, but whatever it was we owe it to him big time. He was a lion in the face of impending danger, I have no idea as to the full extent as to what he said or did to keep the chain intact, but he isn't an ordinary estate agent, he is a warrior of an estate agent. A man that would call you at whatever time, that took home our file on his son's birthday. He called me at times and I didn't even want to pick up the phone, but I did, or called back soon after because I knew whatever he said would be of extreme importance to us getting this home. His resilience and will to work for the client is truly unrivalled and if there is another individual on this planet that could work the miracle that he did, he would really be a piece of work. I could literally go on writing, but to get him a drink will be too little, but all I can say is THANK YOU! in massive letters. You fought for us like it was your own home, and for that we will be forever grateful. I have tried to do an email that would be do justice to what you pulled off. I don't know if I did that, but all I can say is thank you once again!

We spoke with a number of local agents before deciding to sell through haart.
