haart estate agents in Nottingham
haart of Nottingham has been at the forefront of estate agency in the town since the late 1990s.
From a standing start, it has become one of the areas biggest independent residential sales and lettings specialists, backed by a level of customer service second to none.
The Nottingham branch is excellently located right in the heart of the City on Upper Parliament Street, NG1. We are established as the clear Market Leader on New Listings and Available Stock from rightmove plus (18th June).
The team is always growing and we have recently added a Client Liaison Operator to keep all vendors up to date with the pre-sales process as the residential side continued success. They are:
Emma Collishaw (Branch Manager), Christopher Banting (Senior Valuer), James Evans (Valuer), Stephanie Newsome (Senior Negotiator) Oli Davies (Sales Negotiator), Sarah Howard (Administrator), Andy Curran (Accompanied viewer) Carly Widziernikow (Client Liaison Operator) and Lorna West (Trainee/New Business Generator)
A key factor in the continued success of the branch has been its approach to marketing, using traditional methods such as newspaper and magazine advertising, combined with new advances such as weekly electronic mailers, dedicated social media channels and Smartphone applications.

haart is investing over £5m over the coming months enhancing its level of service across the UK.
The country's largest independent estate agent has embarked on a 'service revolution' within its 124-strong branch network as part of its drive to re-affirm its position as 'the estate agent of choice' for people looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the UK. This will be encapsulated in a new strapline - 'Always your best interests at haart'.
Every member of staff within haart's residential sales, residential lettings, financial and legal services divisions will take part in a radical brand training programme designed to transform haart from 'good to great'. This will include the creation of brand champions within each branch to act as a focal point for brand activity at a local level. The move follows widespread consultation with customers about the type of estate agent they would like to see on the High Street in the future.
Paul Smith, Chief Executive Officer of haart, said: "We have been consulting widely with the public over recent months about the type of estate agent they would like to see, as well as the services they offer, not just now but also in the future. We have used this information to help shape the direction in which haart is moving as well as the look and feel of the brand as we seek to transform haart from 'good to great'."
