haart estate agents in Luton

haart of Luton has been at the forefront of estate agency in the town since the late 1990s.

From a standing start, it has become one of the areas biggest independent residential sales and lettings specialists, backed by a level of customer service second to none.

A key factor in the continued success of the branch has been its approach to marketing, using traditional methods such as newspaper and magazine advertising, combined with new advances such as weekly electronic mailers, dedicated social media channels and Smartphone applications.

Together, they provide what we believe to be the most complete marketing package available in the area and the reason 8 out of 10 haart customers would recommend us to their family and friends.

What’s more, with a nationwide network of haart branches offering over 20,000 properties, worth in excess of £3bn, at any one time, we believe there is no one more expertly placed than haart to talk about the property market.

haart defies traditional Christmas slow down with rise in sales

haart experienced none of the traditional slow down in estate agency ahead of Christmas with sales up over 7% last month.

New figures from the UK's leading independent estate agent show the number of house sales completed in December rose 7.4% on the same time in 2010, with offers being accepted by vendors right up until Christmas Eve.

Says Russell Jervis, Managing Director of haart: "December is traditionally a quiet time for estate agents as people naturally focus on other things like Christmas but we saw no slow down in sales during the Festive period, particularly among first time buyers keen to take advantage of Stamp Duty tax relief before it ends in March. And, with the number of buy to let investors also on the rise as well, we're expecting a solid start to 2012 as house buying remains very much on people's agenda inspite of the economic downturn."
