6th November 2007 Spicerhaart Residential Lettings Celebrates Exam Success

 

Staff at the haart, Felicity J Lord, and Darlows lettings agencies, have had plenty to celebrate recently after achieving outstanding results in the prestigious examinations set by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). 

A total of 29 employees from the agencies, which are part of the Spicerhaart Residential Lettings Group, passed the ARLA 1 foundation competency and ARLA 2 advanced exams, with 10 achieving distinctions and 14 passing with merit.
 
Lettings Agent, David Brownbill from haart Residential Lettings in Maidenhead attained one of the highest marks in the country when he achieved a staggering 92.5 per cent in the ARLA Foundation Competency Test.
 
 Andrew Berry, Managing Director of Spicerhaart Residential Lettings, said: “We achieved 100 per cent pass rate in the ARLA exams. We make a significant investment in all our employee’s professional development and these results speak for themselves. All of this means of course we are able to offer our clients the very highest quality of service.”
 
All Spicerhaart Residential Lettings employees undergo a wide-ranging training programme. In addition to preparation for the ARLA 1 and 2 qualifications, new members of staff also receive an induction on the company and its ethics and courses on procedures including negotiating, taking instructions and property management as well as basic legislation and IT training on internal systems. The company has also introduced a Graduate Training Scheme.

Mr Berry added: “The ARLA examinations are very comprehensive, so we are extremely proud of our staff and delighted with the results.”
