As such there may be potential for submission of an alternative planning application which could address this issue and perhaps secure approval.

There could also be potential for an alternative scheme which sees the partial or complete retention rather than demolition of the existing bungalow on site, its modernisation and the development of a scheme of two or three bungalows in the grounds.
